When to use BARRIER EasyWarm+

BARRIER EasyWarm+ can be used to warm patients before, during and after surgery in order to help prevent hypothermia. Simply place the blanket over the patient approximately 30 min before induction of anaesthesia to pre-warm the patient. Let the blanket stay on the patient during surgery adjusting it to the surgical position. The blanket can then follow the patient into post-op to improve patient thermal comfort .
